I specialize in working individually with children, teens, and adults impacted by trauma, including complex trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Many are navigating the lingering effects of difficult experiences that continue to surface, and are seeking lasting change. I am here to support you and walk with you to work through your experience.
Education & Experience
I'm trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, AF-CBT, CPT, and EBA. I have more than 300 hours of post-graduate training. I have worked as a school-based clinician and Trauma therapist at a children's advocacy center, and I am the owner of Evolving Hearts Therapy Inc.
