About Me

* Teletherapy Only * You are worthy. I believe you are created on purpose and with a purpose. All too often, the environment and people around us highlight all that is wrong with us and/or our situation. Sometimes, that can lead to feeling as if we are not enough or broken. These feelings and experiences can contribute to mental health struggles. I get it because I have been there…life is straight up hard sometimes. However, there is hope! There is a world that exists in which we as individuals can recognize and accept our flaws, while acknowledging we are still awesome in spite of these flaws. My own journey through similar struggles allowed me to discover not just a word, but a movement, that supports each of us in recognizing that we are FLAWSOME. My passion is to work with you in discovering what it is that you truly want and are capable of so you can live your best life!
