About Me
Sometimes we get caught in patterns of thinking and reacting that are hard to understand or change. You don’t need the answers before we begin. Together, we can explore ways to help you slow down, gain insight, and respond to life with more choice.
As a professional psychotherapist, my goal is to help you identify beliefs that hold you back, connect with your strengths, and find new ways of responding. EMDR can be a powerful, evidence-based tool for this work, while mindfulness, ACT, DBT, or IFS-informed approaches may be a better fit for you. Together, we can find the approach that best supports your needs.
It takes courage to reach out, especially when you’re not sure where to begin. I feel privileged to do this work and offer a space where you can be yourself without judgment. I believe you have your own wisdom and strengths, and I’m honored to bring my knowledge and experience to this part of your journey.
My background in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, MBSR, and EMDR informs my belief that meaningful change is possible through insight and practice, neuroplasticity, and the adaptive information processing model (AIP).
