Annabelle Denmark, LPC

(she/they)

About Me

I work with adults who struggle in with day to day functioning due to anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, disordered eating or gender identity. I also specialize in adults with late diagnosed ADHD or Autism, or both. My ideal client seeks a space that respects and embraces their neurodivergent identity while providing tools to cope with life's complexities. I offer therapy in person and remotely, in English, French (native level) and Spanish (B2 level) I offer a blend of evidence based practices that include Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and a somatic based approach. Those type of therapies will help you access parts of yourself that have been pushed away, process your trauma responses and help find peace and balance
