Anne (She/her) is a white cis woman in a medium fat body, French immigrant naturalized American who is dedicated to help people heal from trauma including diet trauma, body image distress.
Education & Experience
holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has a background in food and body liberation after earning a Certificate in Eating Disorders from Lewis & Clark University in Portland and is a Certified Body Trust Provider. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS informed. She is a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider and can also provide assessment.
