About Me
Originally from Minnesota, I have lived many places in the U.S. and abroad. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a sociologist conducting international education research and teaching. I became a therapist because I wanted my lifetime personal interest and journey to become my profession. My goal with clients is to meet them where they are, create trusting relationships, and empower them to be their most healthy, authentic, and best selves. I work at Billings Clinic Behavioral Health Clinic and have a private practice. I provide individual therapy to adults struggling with a range of mental health challenges and utilize an eclectic mix of CBT, DBT, EMDR, and interpersonal therapeutic approaches. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, outdoor activities, cooking, cultural activities, travelling.
