About Me

I work systemically with individuals, couples, and families. I see clients ranging in age from 5 and above. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked in community mental health and am currently in a private practice. I use a variety of evidence-based practices, including EMDR, to address behavioral, cognitive, and emotional issues, while working eclectically to best meet the needs of my clients.
