About Me
I specialize in serving adults and adolescents with recent-events and sports-based traumas. I utilize EMDR and other somatic techniques to help individuals achieve flow and integration across all areas of their lives. In addition, I also provide EMDR consultation in both individual and group formats as well as licensure and clinical supervision in Maine and Oregon.
