We live in an unpredictable world and sometimes encounter situations that can cause us feeling hurt, angry, stuck, and confused. These situations leave imprints on our lives and can shake our foundation. I would love to come alongside and be a resource for you in various areas including trauma exposure, mood disruptions, life transitions, grief and loss as you take courageous steps towards healing. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and use a person-centered, holistic, resource-based, and trauma-informed approach while integrating various modalities and theories that are uniquely tailored to your therapeutic needs. Meeting you where you are at is foundational to who I am. I am committed to create an authentic, accepting, and dependable connection with you that aims to help you rebuild trust in yourself and those around you. When working together, my goal is to be open and direct -what you see is what you get- paired with humour, challenging questions, and empathy. As a seasoned therapist with 20+ years of counselling experience, I am here to support you in taking steps that promote a more mindful, self-compassionate, and satisfying life.
