About Me

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, licensed alcohol and drug counselor, and EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist and consultant. My work has been helping clients struggling with addiction, trauma, and grief through a relational model to trust in their own resiliency to achieve their goals. I'm passionate about therapy being an experience that leads to change and self-discovery, and not unwanted advice giving. Using my initial experience as an educator, I continue that passion by providing EMDR consulting services and trainings in my clinical practice focus areas.
