I am a seasoned counselor with many years of direct experience in both mental health and substance use treatment. I am licensed in both Pennsylvania and Hawai'i. I am absolutely obsessed with EMDR! This modality of therapy has been a total game changer for me and the people I serve. My passion is working with clients who struggle with addiction and codependency issues although I am skilled in a variety of behavioral health issues you may be struggling with.
