About Me
As a trauma and anxiety therapist, my focus is finding the underlying cause in order to find lasting relief. I have a passion for EMDR because of it's ability to target the source of trauma and create deep healing at the root of the distress. By working together, it is my goal to help build insight into your own unique experience and help you ascend toward the fullest version of yourself.
Education & Experience
I graduated with my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2014. I completed my praciticum experience with Sycamores School Based Services from 2013-2014. I spent almost 5 years from 2015-2019 in community mental health at Penny Lane center working with children, adolescents, and foster youth. Since 2019 I have been working in a private practice setting focusing on clients primarily struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I completed basic EMDR training in 2022 and am currently working toward certification.
