About Me

Hi, I'm Ariel. Life has changed a lot for in the last 10 years, from when I started my therapy journey. I am happily married and am a mother to two children. While motherhood is a role that I hold dear to my heart, I am still passionate about supporting others as they navigate life and want to experience it authentically. Life is challenging, and while I don't have it figured out, I do prioritize my mental health, and have a holistic, balanced life. I promote that in my practice, and love supporting those who want to create that for themselves.

Education & Experience

I graduated from the University of Arizona with Dietetics & Chemistry. I worked a lot of random jobs until I was 26 and wasn't sure of who I was anymore.
I started my therapy journey that led me to return to get my MS in Counseling Psychology and become a therapist.
I gained experience with trauma from my own life circumstances, and then supporting others with dual diagnosis in substance abuse and with their mental health. Overtime I found that I love to support women, men ages 20-35yrs who are ready to work through their trauma and no longer feel imprisioned by it.
I offer sessions in person and virtually throughout CA.
