I have over 15 years of experience providing therapy services to children, teens and adults. I value diversity in all its forms. I am passionate about working with people to spend less time regretting the past and worrying about the future, and more time living in the present with self-acceptance. I am passionate about EMDR, a transformative therapy that shifts people's beliefs about themselves and allows for new ways of relating to traumatic and distressing experiences.
