About Me

I'm a licensed independent social worker and EMDR Certified Therapist who believes healing can be a transformative process of reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected through difficult experiences with the intention of becoming a version of self that truly feels at peace. My approach is warm, compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping clients feel safe, empowered, and in control of their healing process.

I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, PTSD, and other distressing experiences. EMDR is one of the approaches I use to help clients process what feels stuck, without requiring them to repeatedly relive or retell painful experiences. I also integrate somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, CBT, and other evidence-informed practices based on each client’s individual needs.

My work is deeply influenced by my experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, grief, disaster recovery, serious illness, and end-of-life experiences. I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and develop a deeper sense of trust in your own capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change.
