Online Therapy

About Me

Hi there! My name is Ashley. Whether you are looking for EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), addiction-focused EMDR, a first responder, trauma and dissociation, and LGBTQ+ competent therapist, or online therapy, I can help. I’m based in Dallas, TX but offer teletherapy services for all of Texas. I am licensed as a professional counselor and chemical dependency counselor, with over 12 years of experience. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). I have been trained in EMDR by an EMDRIA accredited trainer, and am working toward certification. I am a member of the American Counseling Association, EMDR International Association, International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation, and Texas Counseling Association. My style of therapy is client-centered, warm and respectful. I believe every human being should be treated with compassion, sensitivity, and unconditional positive regard. I believe our minds and bodies are capable of healing and growth with the right environment, tools and support. I am so happy you have taken this first step! Take the next step and set up a free 15-minute consultation. You can decide if you want to work with me and if we are a good fit. I look forward to meeting you!
