About Me

I’m a trauma survivor myself, so I get it—both
personally and professionally. That combination lets
me bring real empathy and understanding to the
work, not just textbook professionalism. I also know
that sometimes dark humor is part of healing, and I
encourage it when it fits—it’s all part of navigating
this process together.
I’m someone who values authenticity, honesty, and
directness. I believe in facing life head-on, taking
responsibility without shame, and helping others do the
same. I’m deeply empathetic, but I don’t sugarcoat the
hard truths—growth requires clarity and courage. I care
about people showing up for themselves, and I meet
them where they are while challenging them to step into their worth. I’m warm and compassionate, but also
unapologetically real, and I live by the belief that self-
respect, accountability, and personal growth aren’t
optional—they’re necessary.
