I am a single mom of 2 teenagers and have spent most of my life listening and supporting others through their times of difficulty. In addition to EMDR, I use concepts from many different therapy models including: Internal Family Systems, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help individuals make connections and process through the distress of their core beliefs.
Education & Experience
I attended Penn State University for my Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a biological sciences option. I then studied social work online with Boston University for my Masters Degree.
