About Me
About Me
You may look like you’re functioning on the outside while internally carrying anxiety, panic, emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, or the weight of experiences that still haven’t fully been processed. Maybe you’re tired of overthinking, feeling emotionally reactive, staying stuck in survival mode, or repeating the same relationship and attachment patterns even when you logically understand them.
I specialize in helping adults process trauma, anxiety, panic, and long-standing emotional patterns through an integrative approach that combines EMDR therapy, somatic therapy, and art therapy. What makes my work unique is the ability to incorporate art therapy into the healing process, offering another pathway for processing and expression when words feel difficult, overwhelming, or unavailable. Many clients find that creative and somatic approaches help them access emotions, insights, and experiences that are hard to reach through talking alone. No artistic experience is needed.
My approach goes beyond surface-level coping skills and focuses on helping clients create real, lasting shifts in the way they feel, respond, connect, and move through life. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and capable people who are tired of carrying everything alone. Some are balancing demanding careers, relationships, caregiving roles, or major life transitions while privately struggling with overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or unresolved trauma from the past.
Therapy with me is active, personalized, and goal-oriented. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, emotionally present, confident in yourself, and able to enjoy your life with greater clarity and freedom.
