I'm an LCSW specializing in chronic illness, medical trauma, chronic pain, and life transitions. Living with long-term health challenges of my own informs both my clinical approach and my commitment to this work. I hold space for what clients are moving through while offering concrete tools for regulation and processing, like a "witness with skills." I integrate EMDR with expressive arts and polyvagal-informed care.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of clinical experience across school-based, residential and private practice settings. I completed my EMDR Basic Training and am pursuing EMDRIA certification. My background also includes a Bachelor's in Studio Art which informs my integration of expressive arts into clinical work.
