I'm a multi-passionate creative, psychotherapist, student of life, entrepreneur helping others navigate the dark shadows of the soul, and nourish the body, mind, and spirit on radical levels. Holding space for each moment, guiding others to transition, transform, and transmute pain.
Education & Experience
I attended East Carolina University for undergrad, and NC State University for graduate school. I've been working in the mental health field since 2004. Specializing in trauma, personality disorders, and addiction. I'm dually licensed in the state of North Carolina as an LCSW, and a LCAS. Intensively trained in DBT (Level 4), and also EMDR certified. Other areas of study, and focus include holistic treatments such as aromatherapy, health coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, spiritual coaching, energy healing, etc.
