About Me

Autumn Gonzalez is the behavioral health clinical manager and site-supervisor, at The Project of the Quad Cities, and Owner/LCPC at Pulse Counseling & Wellness Center. She is a current board member of the Autism Society of the Quad Cities and the Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities (ISAIGE), as well as a member of the ICA, ACA, and NAADAC. She has experience in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings providing counseling services, supervision, and consultation. Autumn has a passion for working with people who have been impacted by trauma and living with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders

Education & Experience

Master of Science in Education, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Western Illinois University - CACREP Accredited. LCPC and LMHC. Nationally Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), IC&RC Certified Advanced Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CAADC; IL/IC&RC), and Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and HeartMath® Certified Practitioner.
