About Me
I specialize in trauma treatment using integrative somatic and Polyvagal-informed approaches, with a clinical focus on medical trauma, Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS), hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD), and the psychological impact of complex multisystem conditions. Through advanced training with the Ehlers-Danlos Society's ECHO programs, I am committed to providing knowledgeable, compassionate care to individuals living with EDS and related conditions.
With more than two decades in the mental health field, I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (BACS), certified in both EMDR and Brainspotting. I provide trauma healing intensives, adjunct therapy, clinical consultation, and professional training, collaborating with individuals and providers to support comprehensive, trauma-responsive care.
As founder and clinical director of Crescent City Psychotherapy and Wellness, I am dedicated to expanding access to EDS-knowledgeable care through clinical practice, professional education, leadership, and doctoral research.
