About Me

I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional who’s been working in the mental health field for over 14 years, specializing in working with children, adolescents, and adults in trauma, anxiety, and relationship and attachment issues. I have a wide range of experience and training in treating mood disorders, grief and loss, divorce and adjustment issues, self-esteem issues, anger and aggression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. I received both my undergraduate degree and master's in social work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I have trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, have completed the Play Therapy Program from Heartland Play Therapy Institute, and received my certificate as a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor .
