I am a therapist specializing in helping adults with anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and addiction. I support people at different stages of recovery, whether they're just curious, working on harm reduction, or maintaining sobriety. I provide virtual therapy for clients in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.

Dual major in Sociobiology and Women's Studies (Honors) and minor in Public Policy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. MS from Columbia University School of Social Work. Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), Master Level, New York, The Parnell Institute, Attachment-Focused EMDR Training.
