About Me
Life can be hard, and sometimes things happen that leave lasting pain. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by your past, I’m here to help. If you are a caregiver trying to support your child, I’m here to help. I specialize in working with people ages 3 years old and older who have experienced trauma, difficult times, or transitions, and are ready to begin this journey. Whether you’re dealing with childhood experiences, recent events, or just feeling like life isn’t quite where you want it to be, I provide a safe, comfortable space for you to talk, feel understood, and start to heal. I’m trained in EMDR, play therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Sand Tray therapy, which are all effective ways to work through trauma and life’s challenges. We’ll work together at your pace, using approaches that fit you best, to help you feel stronger, more aware of yourself, and more in control of your life. Therapy is about creating a space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I’m here to help you gain insight, reignite that inner spark, and open you up to new possibilities for your present and future. I’m here to walk with you through whatever you’re going through, offering support and guidance along the way.
