About Me

Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve your life challenges. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will uncover long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
My counseling approach is person-centered, faith-based and compassionate. Interventions include evidenced-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms.
I have worked with victims of post-traumatic stress, victims of violence, individuals in recovery from addiction, and clients recovering from trauma, grief and loss. Connecting with a compassionate counselor is the most important first step.
