About Me
I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and therapist. I join you, as the expert of you and your world, with support, knowledge and experiences from the field to move us towards your goals. My approach to therapy is person-centered and strength-based. I use a variety of therapy interventions to help individuals facilitate their healing process. I am licensed to practice in the States of North and South Carolina and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Along with my LCSW, I am also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), licensed through, the North Carolina Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board and a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for the US Department of Transportation.
