About Me

Working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum has been my life’s work. I own a private practice that focuses on providing counseling and comprehensive evaluation of autism. I have an emphasis on working with females on the spectrum. I also write books, textbooks, journal articles, and speak internationally on improving identification and services. My private practice specializes in counseling and team autism evaluations. We evaluate children and adults. The team consists of a psychologist, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, and an educational diagnostician. Together with my team of experts, we are also able to provide a range of assessment services in our fields.

I provide counseling services to address a range of needs including social-communication skills, problem-solving skills, anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation. I also provide consultation services and can assist with behavior concerns, parent education, and optimizing special education IEPs. I focus on practical solutions for lifelong change.
