About Me

I’m a Certified EMDR Therapist with a focus on attachment trauma. My mission is to help clients improve their relationships with the self and others through connecting the past with the present by integration of emotional and somatic experiences. Most of the clients that I see are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have been running my private practice for the last year and a half but have 10 years of experience in the mental health field.
