About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. In my practice I strive to create a judgement free space for clients to explore their past and begin to heal in the present
Education & Experience
My primary areas of expertise include working with clients who experience trauma and substance use concerns. My formal training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I serve my clients through the use of these Evidenced Based Practices, as well as with influences from Motivational Interviewing in order to promote healing and self-discovery. I believe that all people are a sum of their lived experiences. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients heal from their past in order to be the best version of themselves in the present.
