About Me
Beth is passionate about empowering and supporting women in their reproductive years. She uses techniques like EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help clients find and heal the roots of their struggles. Beth provides individual therapy via teleheath and KAP in Newburyport, MA and is licensed to treat clients in both NH and MA.
Education & Experience
BA, Fairfield University, 1990. MSW, University of New Hampshire, 2015. Beth has worked in the birthing business since 2005, first as a birth doula and lactation counselor, then as a prenatal yoga teacher and therapist. She realized quickly that most challenges stemmed from traumatic experiences and became trained in EMDR in 2018.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
Beth is the Co-Founder and Director of the Pentucket Perinatal Mental Health Coalition which services Haverhill through Newburyport, MA. She is a member of both EMDRIA and Postpartum Support International and advocates for pregnant and new mothers both locally and nationally.
