About Me

I specialize in supporting professional women, Asian Americans and diversely identifying individuals who are exhausted with the daily pain of feeling not good enough. Everyday there is more proof of how you don't measure up; Every night the shame keeps you up dreading the failures yet to come. You wish you could believe in yourself and are striving for perfection so you don't have to feel the painful sting of failure ever again. You just want some peace of mind... and maybe you can have peace in your mind. No matter where you are in your journey, I would love to join you to move toward inner peace. Imagine what you could do if you weren't drained from self-doubt. You are the expert in your life and what you want so I will let you set the destination and I will help you chart the course forward. We will waste not time in increasing your sense of wellbeing as you continuously take back control over the direction of your life. You can live with more fulfillment, peace, and confidence when you address some of the negative experiences that you don't even know are contributing to your pain.
