About Me

I am passionate about working with individuals who desire to experience life to the fullest. I will help you find and enhance your strengths as you navigate life's challenges. I prioritize creating a safe space for you to process and gain tools for understanding yourself and to successfully engage in life and relationships. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and EMDR Consultant in Training (CIT) and have advanced training in processing trauma to find freedom from the negative past experiences. I also work from an Internal Family System (IFS)/Parts perspective and find it to be very effective. I also have specialized education around spiritual integration and Christian counseling.
