About Me
I am a Boston based therapist specializing in treating adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma or PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I've received extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and am a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™ . In addition to DBT, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in clinical practice. I am actively pursuing EMDR certification. In addition to my clinical work, I am also an Adjunct Faculty for Boston College School of Social Work. I received a B.A. from Wheaton College and a Master of Arts in Social Work from Boston University.
