I am a trained in various modalities that can address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and much more. I know that it can feel uncomfortable to reach out for help. On some days, it feels like it is the right thing to do, on other days you feel fine so you don’t think about it. But you and I both know that feeling never lasts long.
