I am a Senior Social Worker at Brigham Mass General and work as an EMDR Certified therapist where I have been full-time since 2013. I also started a telehealth private practice 1/2024 for EMDR and DBT skills-based therapy for complex trauma and depressive disorders, medical conditions, neurological disorders. I have a spiritual lens and am a certified Spanish language practitioner with a bicultural therapy practice.

I became certified in EMDR in December of 2022 after 4 years of EMDR intensive practice at BPS.

The sessions are structured, trauma healing focused and goal-oriented with expert emotional support and gentle guidance which brings deep healing. In between EMDR sessions, I maintain my positive energy flow with the practice of hot yoga and Pilates and attend a yearly yoga retreat in Mexico. I also play tennis regularly and meditate spiritually in my garden to clear my energy and stay grounded and focused so that I can provide healing energy in sessions.
