I am an EMDR-certified therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth psychotherapy for adults across California, New York, Arizona, Michigan, and New Mexico. My practice focuses on trauma recovery, including betrayal trauma, developmental trauma, attachment injury, medical trauma, and complex PTSD.


I often work with high-functioning professionals—including physicians, therapists, and executives—whose trauma history is impacting relationships, identity, and performance. My approach integrates EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and somatic trauma treatment to support deep nervous system recovery.
