About Me
My goal is to create a warm and accepting environment where you can feel seen and heard. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, emotion dysregulation, mood disorders, and the effects of trauma. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience and I use a psychodynamic approach that is person-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed.
Education & Experience
I have worked in community mental health clinics and in private practice as a psychotherapist and clinical group supervisor. I received my MSW from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and have completed postgraduate training in psychoanalysis and EMDR.
