About Me
I help adults who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break—whether that’s in relationships, self-worth, or how they respond to stress and conflict. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted internally.
My approach is direct, grounded, and focused on helping you actually experience change—not just talk about it. I integrate EMDR, ACT, and parts-based work to help you process underlying experiences, build clarity around your values, and develop more effective ways of navigating life.
If you’re someone who is insightful but still feels like something isn’t shifting, therapy with me is focused on getting to the root of that—so you can move forward with more confidence, stability, and direction.
Education & Experience
Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Liberty University
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over a decade of clinical experience working with adults across crisis stabilization, community mental health, and outpatient settings.
Owner and founder of Oak Harbor Counseling and Consultation, a private telehealth practice serving adults across South Carolina.
Trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and actively engaged in advanced consultation toward certification.
My work focuses on helping adults identify and change long-standing emotional and relational patterns that continue to create problems in their lives.
In addition to private practice, I serve in a clinical leadership role supporting program development, clinician growth, and quality of care within a group practice setting.
