About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes we heal in relationship with others, we heal when we slow down enough to listen to what our bodies and our minds are telling us. In addition to EMDR, I offer EMDR therapy that is informed by internal family systems therapy, ego states therapy, somatic therapy, polyvagal theory and mindfulness. I am excited about supporting people move towards empowerment and liberation.
