About Me
I offer compassionate support and EMDR to those facing mood disorders, existential issues, sexuality, family issues, spirituality concerns, life path issues, trauma, anxiety, and a range of psychological and personal challenges. I seek to connect with clients in a patient and exploratory manner, providing insight and relief for those who seek it. Genuineness, authenticity, and acceptance are central to my practice and I strive to bring this into every moment. Based out of Manhattan (West 25th) and Kingston (Pine and Maiden) offering in-person sessions and telehealth. I work with teens (18+) and adults of all ages.
Education & Experience
EMDR Basic Trained at NIP (National Institute of Psychotherapies) 1 year family and couples internship at ICP (Institute of contemporary psychotherapy) Hunter College (Masters in Mental Health Counseling) Central Connecticut State University (Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies)
