About Me

Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Texas with years of experience working with clients having varying levels of life issues ranging from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addictions, physical trauma and or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive, but if needed, can be direct. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, rational-emotive therapy, and emdr. It takes courage and willingness to seek a more fulfilling and happier life.
