As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas, I bring years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, career transitions, addictions, and physical/mental/emotional abuse.

My integrative approach draws from evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic exploration.
