About Me

​Britt works primarily with relationships (relational health), self-worth, perinatal mental health, unpacking childhood experiences, body-image, navigating parenthood, perfectionism, anxiety and those who are processing adverse, difficult or traumatic experiences. She most commonly uses narrative therapy, EMDR, and IFS. It is a special interest of hers to support individuals as they navigate family dynamics, childhood experiences, parent/child relationships as they become adults, including through the perinatal period as clients become parents themselves.  She sees clients age 10+ and welcomes all clients - including those identifying as neurodivergent & LGBTQ2SIA+

Education & Experience

Brittani is a Registered Social Worker (RSW). She holds a BA in Child and Youth Studies from Brock University, a BSW from The University of Victoria and an MSW from Wilfrid Laurier University. She started working in the social services field 10+ years ago.
