Education & Experience
Brittany graduated from City University of Seattle with a Master of Counselling degree. With her experience and training, Brittany is confident in working with people experiencing anxiety, trauma, body-focused repetitive behaviours, bipolar disorder, depression, borderline personality disorder, grief, loss, self-esteem, family violence, dating relationship abuse, and more. Primarily, Brittany's approach is strength-focused, and she works with clients in a way that incorporates mind and body focused approaches. Some of these approaches include strength-based counselling, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), emotion freedom technique (EFT), clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
