About Me

In this world there is indeed trouble, darkness, violence, and loss. Looking for the light and meaning in it all can seem hopeless. When you feel that you have lost your way or true self altogether trying to fight it alone, I am here to help you seek the truth and be transformed by the renewal of your mind. It is my desire to help clients identify the messages they believe, often subconsciously, beneath the rhythms of daily life. These messages are often memory-informed and can interrupt our relationships, thought process, bodies, daily functioning, and self perception. I specialize in trauma recovery, and I am EMDR Certified through EMDRIA. I work with clients who have experienced broken relationships of all kinds, including: domestic violence, sexual abuse, parent/child relationships, mood disorders, love addiction, co-dependency, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I believe in the redemption of our most painful life experiences and I am committed to journeying with clients as they do the courageous work of confronting the adverse effects of trauma.
