Education & Experience
I earned a Master in Social Work from Louisiana State University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in 2006. Along with training in EMDR, I have advanced training in the perinatal mood disorders, somatic work, IFS, the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and am a certified Yoga Nidra instructor.
