About Me

It has been an honor to witness the transformations possible through participation in EMDR therapy. I offer mindfulness-based, trauma-focused care, and draw from the teachings of nature and our ancestral wisdom traditions to inform my therapeutic style. With a blend of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I am prepared to walk with you on the path of transformation. I am open to serve those experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, chronic pain, and spiritual confusion. I would love to provide an open, nonjudgmental space for you to discover and explore the most fulfilling elements of existing, through your own vision. I am here to help you embody the most dignified expression of yourself through authenticity and fearlessness, as I intend to present the same to you.
