About Me

I hold a deep belief that all people are inherently worthy of love, compassion, and belonging. To facilitate deep change, I employ modalities such as somatic therapy, mindfulness, parts work, self-compassion practices, and EMDR to support nervous system regulation, heal early wounds, and restore a sense of inner safety and self-trust. My intention is to help clients cultivate an embodied sense of self-worth and radical self-acceptance, so they can move through life with greater ease, clarity, and authenticity, ultimately coming home to themselves.
I offer a thoughtfully held, intimate space for deep healing, where the therapeutic relationship is central to the work. Clients are welcomed in their wholeness, every part, including those that feel tender, complex, or deeply protected. These parts are met with attuned presence, compassion and care. This level of safety and acceptance allows meaningful, lasting transformation to unfold.

Education & Experience

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. Prior to that, I studied Music Therapy and Psychology at Berklee College of Music, where I developed a deep appreciation for the healing power of creativity and connection.

After completing my undergraduate degree, I worked as a Music Therapist at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and later at an inpatient psychiatric hospital in Los Angeles. While this work was incredibly meaningful, I found myself wanting to go deeper, to help clients not only cope, but truly heal at the root of their trauma.

Following graduate school, I worked as a family therapist in a preventative program funded by Child Protective Services, supporting families in crisis. I later transitioned to a Brooklyn-based group practice, where I worked with a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.

For the past four years, I’ve been in private practice, primarily supporting women navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and body image challenges. My work is rooted in helping clients move beyond survival patterns and toward a more grounded, empowered, and connected way of living.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

I have previously volunteered with Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention (SAVI) Program at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC and have completed the 40-hour SAVI NYS Department of Health-certified training. My responsibility was to provide crisis counseling, advocacy and support to those who came to the ER after experiencing Sexual Assault and/or Domestic Violence.
