About Me
I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or impacted by past experiences that continue to show up in the present. Using EMDR therapy, I help clients gently process and integrate difficult memories so they no longer feel as intense or disruptive. My style is warm, collaborative, and attuned, and I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to explore at your own pace. I also incorporate grounding, resourcing, and nervous system support to ensure therapy feels manageable and empowering throughout the process.
